Enquiries & Appointments
We measure lice and nit infestations by whether they are ‘average’ or ‘heavy’, but each case is individual. If you think you or your child may have lice, call us to discuss what you’ve found and how we can help.

PLEASE NOTE
When visiting for an appointment, please ensure hair is clean, dry, untangled, and free from any hair products (wax, mousse, hair-spray etc) and head lice treatments. The type or length of hair does not impact effectiveness.
There are some circumstances where the LouseBuster™ cannot be used on someone. Please check whether these apply to you or your family. When this applies we clear manually over 3 appointments, 4 days apart to break the developmental cycle.

OPENING HOURS
We are open for appointments from 10.30 am to 7.00 pm – the last appointment is 5.30 pm – on weekdays. 10.30 am to 5.00 pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday.

PARKING DETAILS
If you come by car, parking meters are available on Eaton Place, and there are also always spaces along the seafront. Parking charges apply every day and are £1.50 for 2 hours.
BY BUS
We are located very near Sussex County Hospital. Buses that stop at the hospital are: 1, 1A, 7, 14B, 14C, 23, 37, 37B, 40X, 47, 52, 52A, 57, 71, 73, 94A.

A 5 minute walk will bring you to the many shops and cafes of Kemp Town Village – turn left out of the door, then immediate right. At the end of the road is the seafront, turn right for the nearest steps to the beach – what a fantastic way to live…
